Johanna Atelier

Was cruising the internet, and found this link. I 'like' this work. It isn't the style I go for, but it has a lot of feeling in it. I like the amount of color and lines that is used.

RE: Johanna Atelier

I really like those for some reason. I did count at least three different styles she uses...one I don't care for that much but the rest are something Id hang in the room.

They are pretty, but I'm into dark and disturbed, and those don't evoke those feelings in me Bigeyetongue

RE: Johanna Atelier

Are these dark and disturbed enough for you?

RE: Johanna Atelier

Wrong kind of dark and disturbing. I like that the ones I viewed were done in black and white. Do these fall under abstract, or impressionistic? I never took any kind of classes past high school, the types still confuse the hell out of me. I like the one with the 'ghosts', and think the one with the dead cow is gross

RE: Johanna Atelier

I didn't see any abstract. Im not sure about impressionistic...but photographs are sometimes hard to gauge. Depending on the artist, abstract can be awesome to look at. Eh...like beauty, art is in the eye of the beholder.
