To whom it concerns:
In this letter you will find a bill for three days of missed work. The reasoning stands as follows: There were non working days this appointment could have taken place on. This issue could have been wrapped up in one day. Due to the mental capacity of the staff being interacted with, this has been wasted time.
The schedule of the biller is situated so that there is a non working day during the week. This appointment could have been scheduled on a Monday when the biller would not have had to miss work to attend to these matters. The biller is broke and needs all the work the biller can get.
The issue at hand is a minor one, that could have easily been handled in less than five matters. It is an open and close case, with sufficient knowledge on both sides to say, yes this happened, yes this applies, and yes this is how we will handle it. Instead, it is being dragged out over an inappropriate phase of time. Evidently the people handling this issue on your side has nothing better to do.
The mental capacity of the person who is handling this issue is in question. With presented with a statement of fact that had no leeway and was without question correct. Still the person in question insisted upon demanding a course of action that was not available, much like someone demanding a door to appear in the wall, then walking into the wall and getting mad when it is not a door.
Due to these three reasons, and also more than a sneaking suspicion that there is prejudice against the biller in the matters the biller has been to see you about, I duly request that a settlement of $287.34 be made towards the biller for three days of missed work that your establishment has caused.
Sincerely, Z Young
Addressed to the Pulaski County Courts
